Some Churches Are Just Business Entities!

Just few hours after the President of the Republic announced the closure of schools, churches, mosques and other social gathering avenues, most affected businesses have started calling on the government to rescind on its decision.

Some renowned pastors have literally gone on their knees to beg the President to reciprocate his initial decision. This has raised some questions as to how some pastors survive solely on offertory and tithes from their congregants.

Some churches in their bid to keep track of their finances have sent text messages to members, directing them to send their collections and tithes offerings via MoMo to a designated account. Is the church a business entity that we do not know of?
