STOP THROWING DUST INTO THE EYES OF THE POPULACE – TRAINED PRIVATE NURSES TO GOVERNMENT.
According to some citizens, the government of Ghana has become notorious in recent times for their preposterous promises day in and day out.
They have sometimes made a quick “U-Turn” on their own statements and that seems to be really getting on the nerves of some citizens.
The government through his party communicators have mounted some political talkshows and platforms to pinpoint their major achievements since they took over the wheels of governance. Chief amongst these include the Free SHS policy, One District One Factory (1D1F), Mass Employment and so on.
Under mass employment they have often claimed to have employed all nurses (both private and public trained) from the 2012 batch to date. But, in a fierce demonstration, some private trained nurses have shown their displeasure towards the government’s claim and have dared the government to come to prove if indeed he has really given all of them their appointment letters.
In very noisy utterances, the Coalition of Unemployed Private Nurses could be heard shouting that they are really suffering and hungry in this harsh economy and have even given up in life.
They then served notice to the government to prevent the party communicators from spreading false hopes about them.
They further threatened to continue this action unabated until their demands are met squarely and fairly.
