Education as a single entity is one of the most indispensable components of every human being’s life. Those who man the affairs of education are those who impart knowledge to their learners (teachers).

In order to have a fruitful education of every country’s citizenry, teachers should be treated really well to deliver wholeheartedly.

The three most influential Teacher Union groups in Ghana have unanimously declared a strike action against their employers – Ghana Education Service (GES).

This action was collectively taken after various consultations with the government to pay some outstanding arrears of some members of theirs proved futile.
