Teach us how to design a Double Track System – Kenya to Ghana

The Cabinet Secretary of Kenya has written to the minister for Education of the Republic of Ghana, Hon. Mathew Opoku Prempeh to assist them in their education reforms.

In his letter, Professor George A. O.Magoha said they are requesting for government to government technical support in conceptualizing and designing a double track System for the Kenyan people.
The system which was introduced a year after the implementation of Free SHS in Ghana amidst strong criticisms seems to be gaining international recognition.

The Kenyan government has appealed to Napo to give them two or one resource person from his ministry to help them design a good Double track system.
