The rumours got even more intense when both parties declined to comment on the issue, and when Tiwa Savage practically forgot to wish TeeBillz a happy birthday until much later in the day when he turned a year older on September 26.
However, the couple told people close to them that they won’t react to anything regarding the rumours, saying their body language would tell the true story.
While they have hardly been seen together at public functions in recent times, on Sunday, October 12, 2014, the couple stepped out together for a Sunday service at the Pastor Paul Adefarasin-led “House on The Rock” in Lekki, Lagos.
Speaking on the alleged break up rumour for the first time, Tee Billz spoke to Encomium magazine, saying: “We are still very much in love and happily married.”
Last week, when Tiwa Savage dropped her new song ‘My Darling’, Tee Billz made an Instagram post where he shared their wedding picture with the caption, “WCM (Woman Crush Wednesday)” with Tiwa Savage replying thus: “All Day Everyday.”
Sources close to the couple said it is true they had issues recently but that both are committed to not just keeping the union going but making their marriage sustainable and lifelong.
