The Heroic Pitch Invader Set Free…

The infamous scenario that took place at the Cape Coast Stadium some few weeks ago is not far from settling down.

Readers can recall that Awal, the popular trained nurse who invaded the stadium during the Ghana vs South Africa “qualifier match” was detained for unlawful entry and misconduct.

He was later granted bail after various pleas from the entire populace and given classic welcome to his place of abode.

It was later reported that he had had the dream pic he anticipated with his mentor – Thomas Partey.

A very authentic news reaching this news portal indicates that the pitch invader has been placed on a ¢2400.00 penalty settlement and finally set free by the court !!!

Now, this issue can be laid to rest.
