“The world’s richest man who can buy 5 private jets in a day can’t pay his bail fee” – Hon. Ken Agyapong trolls Obinim

The Member of Parliament for Assin Central Constituency and NPP mogul, Hon Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has trolled Founder and General Overseer of International God’s Way Church (IGWC), Bishop Daniel Kojo Obinim after the latter claimed he is rich and can buy five (5) private jets and dozens of cars in a day but cannot pay his GHC100,000 bail fee.

According to a release from the Ghana Police Service, the man of God was charged with the offences of publication of false news and forgery of document contrary to sections 208 and 159 of the Criminal and other offences Act, (1960) (ACT 29) respectively.

Reacting to the entire issue, the MP fumed on his Net2TV GH that he can not understand why such a wealthy person like Obinim cannot pay his own bail fee and is still behind bars upon all his bragging in town.

“You claim you’re rich but common GHC 100,000 you can’t pay. I pity his followers who can’t open their eyes to see Obinim is one of the fake pastors in Ghana. If it had been me, some people I do not even know from anywhere would have come to my aid and just pay the bail sum and use his money as a surety because of my good deeds”, Hon.
