Ghana is divided into two when it comes to his achievements . While some believe he is best president in history some of also think Kwame Nkrumah was nothing but a dictator.

He is by far the most celebrated Ghanaian president if not Africa. He is the only president with his statue in front of the African Union Headquarters in Adis Ababa in Ethiopia.
He constructed the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Tema Motor way, University of Cape Coast, KNUST, Akosombo Dam etc.
