Tro-Bu MP Contributes To The Muslim Community

The Member of Parliament for Tro-Bu Constituency, Mr. Moses Anim has donated enormously towards the Ramadan festivity.

The items (valued Gh¢45,000 included bags of rice, cartons of vegetable oil, and other stuff) were given to Chiefs, Imams, all Mosques, and Member of Wing of the party in the constituency to mark this year’s Holy month of Ramadan.

Mr. Egyir Quarshie, NPP Communication Officer in the constituency indicated the gesture was to demonstrate the MP’s love for the Muslim community in line with the annual observation of Ramadan which was considered the Holiest month and one of the five pillars of Islam.

“We know that Ramadan and by extension the Islamic faith embodies the values of charity, empathy, patience and these are needed to live in unity and build better relationships, especially in these times,” he added.
