Actor and singer Emelia Brobbey has described the trolling received from fans on social media after the release of her debut song ‘Fa me ko' as blessing disguise.

Lots of her fans reacted to the song on social media most of which were trolls. While some criticised the quality of the song, others mocked the singer's voice.

Reacting to the trolls in an interview on the Class Drive (CD) on Class91.3FM on Thursday, 30 January 2020, the Kumasi-based actor indicated that although some of the trolls hurt her feelings, it turned out to be a blessing as it helped promote her song.

“To be honest, at some point it was really hurting, I mean because some were really insulting me and at some point I said okay, ‘they're just making fun of the song so that it'll be popular, so that everybody can sing, so that wherever I am and they raise ‘Fa Me Ko' they can sing along and there'll be a great vibe, so, they're helping me promote my song so let me drop that negativity and focus on the positive so that I can just focus on what I'm doing.

“So, I might say that to me, I think it's a blessing in disguise because it really didn't give me much work to do so far as promotion is concerned but some few insults were hurting. I'm human, I mean I can't say that it didn't hurt.”

The recently released another single titled ‘Odo electric' featuring Wendy Shay.
