UNICEF donate dignity kits to over 1500 adolescent girls in 20 communities
The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) as a United Nations agency responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide has donated to over 1500 adolescent girls in 20 communities in the Northern, North East and Savanna regions of Ghana. These adolescent girls are receiving support and dignity kits from UNICEF and NORSAAC.

UNICEF revealed this;
“With schools and community centers closed due to #COVID19, the girls are receiving critical information on menstrual hygiene management, sexual and gender-based violence, child marriage, teenage pregnancy and education on preventing the spread of #COVID19.
