Joseph Van Vicker, a popular Ghallywood/Nollywood actor has been accused of sleeping with a married woman. Clarice Ford Kulah, the woman he is alleged to be sleeping with, is reported to be a manager and business partner of the actor. According to reports, the woman is said to be  married to Dr Bartum Kulah who is  based in Georgia Atlanta.

According to Dr Bartum Kulah, he has two children with his wife, a boy and a girl but relationship among them and the children has been strained since his wife started her act of infidelity with the actor, he believes the relationship between his wife and the actor goes beyond business relationship and has seen them on two occasions in a hotel.

He has threatened to expose their deeds with video and picture evidence if the two do not put a stop to their illicit affairs.
