Video: Adjetey Anang premieres his latest movie ‘Pieces of Me’ in the US

Popular actor Adjetey Anang, known in showbiz as pusher, is set to thrill the world of cinema with the premiere of his latest movie in the US.

The movie, Pieces Of Me, stars Adjetey Anang himself , along a host of veterans such as Akorfa Asiedu, David Dontoh, Fred Amugi, Irene Opare, Ecow smith Asante, Abeiku Acquah and the sensational new-comer, Awo Ahiable.

Directed by Ghanaian Actor Fiifi Coleman, who is mostly known in acting prowess, the movie also casts one of South Africa’s all-round filmmakers Napo Masheane.

The premiere, scheduled for March 28 at the popular Hoff theatre in college park, MD-USA, will treat patrons to a red carpet delight.

In an interview, Fiifi Coleman commended Adjetey Anang, for the resolve to screen the movie beyond Ghana.

“Such a resolve typifies the energy and excitement we need, as an industry, to turn things around in our industry,” he said.

Dispelling the notion that the movie marks his first attempts at directing: “No, it isn’t so, but I also perfectly acknowledge the fact that many know me as an actor, after my exploits in such movies as Wedlock for the Goods, Adams Apples, Ties that Bind and Any More Women,” he added.
