(VIDEO): Dr. Osei Kwame Despite and Dr. Ofori Sarpong donate $100k to KATH in fight against COVID-19

Dr. Osei Kwame Despite and his brother Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong have donated a whooping sum of $100,000 to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) to help fight the deadly disease in Ghana.

The donation was made to ease the pressure at the facility in the wake of the pandemic that is scaring all persons on planet earth.

The donation was handed over to the Ashanti Regional Minister, Hon. Simon Osei Mensah, who then handed the cash to the head of the hospital in the person of Dr. Ohenba Danso.

Dr. Ohenba Danso expressed his profound gratitude to Dr. Osei Kwame Despite and his brother for their benevolence which he noted will go a long way to aid the activities of the facility in discharging its duties effectively.

Confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Ghana have increased from 132 to 136 with 3 deaths recorded so far.
