Mona Gucci known in real life as Monalisa Abigail Semeha is the hottest search ‘item’ on the internet now. She is a popular TV/ radio presenter and currently the host of the “Link Up” show on Kantanka TV (KTV). Mona Gucci hails from Kpando Fesi, in the Volta Region and she made the headlines a while ago when she beefed with Mrs. Trouble aka Afia Schwar.
Mona Gucci who couldn’t tell how many vowels there are in her name “Mona” when asked by Teacher Kwadwo claims to be a lawyer specialized in Immigration Law from the USA.
Her claim to be a lawyer has been ridiculed by netizens on all social media platforms.
Mona Gucci is noted for her event planning activities back in the United States and she also claims to have started hosting a show on GBC at 13 (Herrrrrhhhh…people can lie!).
According to Mona, she obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B. Hons) from the Massachusetts School of Law – Andover, USA which is not accredited by the American Bar Association from checks from Google.
Well, as a Village Teacher who teaches the English Language, lemme take the opportunity to educate the self-acclaimed lawyer who stayed in the USA but speaks ‘suicidal grammar’. During her submission, she used the idiom “add salt to injury” which is a very wrong expression from a so-called lawyer! The right usage is rather “add insult to injury”. To make my tutelage credible, I’ve added a screenshot from Google search as well.
Check out the screenshot below;
Also, since fake lawyer Mona Gucci was unable to indicate the number of vowels in her name “Mona” (which could be easily answered by my Sansama village pupils in Class 2), lemme tell her the answer so that she wouldn’t be humiliated again. The answer is 2! These are “o” and “a” — Mona.
Mona Gucci should also note that there are five vowels in the English Language — Aa, Ee, Ii, Oo, Uu
