(VOTE HERE): IS THE NEW VOTERS REGISTER NECESSARY – Yes or No?

The Electoral Commissioner, Madam Jean Mensa has been going through back and forth deliberations with the Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) members as to why there’s the need for the compilation of a new voters register for the upcoming Presidential and Parliamentary elections.

The New Patriotic Party (NPP), National Democratic Congress (NDC), Conventions People’s Party (CPP), Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Ghana Union Movement (GUM), Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), National Democratic Party (NDP), People’s National Congress (PNC), etc form this IPAC together with the Electoral Commission (EC). These entities have been arguing as to why there should be a new voters register for the December General Election or not.
