New Members of parliament in the 8th parliament were having an induction ceremony in Acqua Safari over the weekend.

Prior to their meeting, the president of Ghana had issued a directive banning all sort of public gatherings including parties.

It was expected that, being the second arm of government, they would have respected the president’s directive and organize their induction ceremony in accordance with the laws.

But disappointedly, that was not the case. They organized a dancing session which is clear violation of the president’s directive.
