We apologise for cancelling trainees allowance – George Opare Addo

The National Youth Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress,George Opare Addo popularly known as Pablo has apologised to the people of Ghana for the cancellation of trainees allowance the  Mahama led administration.

John Dramani Mahama cancelled the age -long  Nurses and Teachers trainees allowance and said even if it was going to cost him the 2016 elections he was not going to restore it. The trainees endorsed and camapaigned for candidate Akufo Addo to win the election in 2016 and restored the allowance in 2017.

John Dramani Mahama has promised them that his second government when voted into power would maintain the allowance and won’t cancel it again.

George Opare Addo speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosiisen program said it is only a fool who doesn’t change his mind so he apologize for what they did.
