We came empty-handed and we’re leaving fully-loaded- Reggie N Bollie
Music Duo Reggie N Bollie have been able to put up an act by saying they were not disappointed at losing out at the finale of XFactor UK 2015 to 17 year old winner Louisa Johnson. They obviously weren’t pained to lose out on the £1 million recording contract. Louisa Johnson became the youngest ever XFactor winner defeating Reggie N Bollie to win the show, ensuring that once again all the comedy act wasn’t really liked when you have judges who wanted someone who could sing like Adele, who by the way performed on the Night. Yay! According to them, they were happy as they came empty handed but where leaving fully loaded. Did they mean money? In their own words, “we came here empty-handed and we’re leaving fully-loaded for the music industry.” Oh! It wasn’t about the reward eventually. How modest! Reggie N Bollie performed as the group “Meen on Point” before making their way all through to the Live Finals top 12 of Britain’s most popular singing competition, The X-Factor. According to Reggie, Reggie N Bollie is not just a group; they have formed a band. Many Ghanian artistes would be jealous of their social media fan base of over 115k on Instagram, 73k on twitter and more than 54k likes on Facebook. We also hope those numbers are enough to encourage many young, talented boys to stay off the streets of Ghana.
