Yvonne Nelson & Okoro In ‘3some’ Hoax

Star actresses Yvonne Nelson and Yvonne Okoro came under extreme criticism over their decision to star in a movie titled ‘3some’ from the stables of Venus Film Production.

Because of the title of the movie, many criticized the movie was ‘soft porn’ and subjected the two actresses to severe bashing, though most of the critics are yet to watch it.

The movie was last Friday evening premiered at the Silverbird Cinemas in Accra and it did not contain the wild sex scenes the media had speculated.

Movie enthusiasts who thronged the cinema were not shocked to realize it was devoid of sex scenes. They however expressed disappointment at the media for creating that impression.

Meanwhile, the main cast did not attend the premiere.

News-One did not see Yvonne Nelson, Yvonne Okoro, Kalsume Sinare, James Gardner, Ekow Smith and the other cast members at the ceremony.

Sources said some of them did not even know the movie was being premiered on Friday.

The movie tells the story of two sisters-Gordy and Eva, (Yvonne Nelson and Yvonne Okoro) who both fall in love with the same guy, David (James Gardner).

Gordy, the younger of the two, has intense passion for fashion, love-making friends and always gets what she wants.

Her quest to win her lecturer’s love however proves futile for the first time as a result of an unruly attitude towards one of her friends who she later realized is the lecturer’s cousin. Now she needs a new man.

Eva, they type who likes to keep secrets, has been using Gordy’s facebook account to chat with David, a surgeon outside Ghana, for over five years.

When David is returning to Ghana, Eva begs Gordy to accompany her to meet him. Gordy and David gradually fall in love then jealousy set in.

Eva now finds a solution to get her man back and the only person to help her is Gordy’s lecturer.

The movie is expected on the market soon.
