Friendly Judases; When Betrayal Becomes A Routine

These days, it seems quite not uncommon to see betrayal from all angles. The kind of friends that used to hold others close to their bosom no longer exist. It is increasingly becoming difficult to know which among your friends would rat you out for just a penny!

Are we surprised at all? Giving how the Biblical Jesus of all people got betrayed by no other person but a very close peep of his, it is no more astonishing to have your ass betrayed by a relative, a lover, a colleague, or a bestie.

in fact, it has become a very consistent happening with how people see nothing wrong with backstabbing others and making it seem normal.

It isn't funny anymore and many are finding it uneasy to wrap their arms around those who were quite close to them sometime back.
