Who Has Been Your Best President In This Fourth Republic?

The Fourth Republican status of the Republic of Ghana took effect on 7th January, 1993 with late Jerry John Rawlings as the Head of State and the Commander-in-chief of the Ghana Armed Forces.

After him came John Agyekum Kuffour and then the late John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills. After the demise of the only Fante Preident Ghana has ever had, John Dramani Mahama took the reigns of power before Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo finally took over.

Whilst Jerry John Rawlings became known for his rural electrification project, John Agyekum Kuffour cemented his legacy with the National Health Insurance Scheme and on and on came other notable projects till date.
