Abronye DC Saving His Skin Over Claims That Chairman Wontumi Did Well In The Elections

The Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is lambasting the supporters of his party for voting in a “skirt and blouse” fashion in the just ended December 7 polls.

The controversial chairman who is noted for possessing a PhD in cursing his opponents, on Governor TV unleashed venomous verbal arrows at the sympathizers of the NPP who voted for Nana Addo in the presidency and voted against their respective Members of Parliament (and embraced the NDC MPs) for reasons best known to them.

Reacting to this painful experience as he labelled it, Chairman Abronye DC fumed at how the work will be difficult for Akufo-Addo because of the tie breaker sides in Parliament. He made an emphatic statement that, those NPP fanatics in their strongholds who voted against their MPs may never see any sign of development because they deserve none. Among other things, he warned those calling on Chairman Wontumi to resign (for his inability to capture all 47 seats in the Ashanti Region) to desist from that call since it is no fault of theirs that the NPP supporters failed to ‘reason’.

For this call from Abronye DC, many see it as a cover up for his own shame since he equally performed abysmally at his end as the chairman of the sitting president’s party.
