Closing your eyes whilst praying not Biblical- Pastor Reno Omokri.

What has become very popular among Christians is closing the eyes before praying. In schools it is compulsory to close the eyes before reciting the Lord’s prayer.

Controversial Nigerian social commentator and former presidential aide Reno Omokri has made yet another debatable statement about how Christians pray.

Reno Omokri has stated that closing eyes whilst saying a prayer is not biblical like many people think.

Taking to his Instagram page, the activist recounted how an Orthodox church he visited in Ethiopia enlightened him during service.

According to him, the priest approached him and explained why closing the bible is not scriptural.
