(COVID-19): Check how Côte d’Ivoire are enforcing social distancing

Whilst some Ghanaians are behaving as if Coronavirus is afraid of them, some African countries like Rwanda, South Africa and Côte d’Ivoire are taking matters quite serious in these trying times.

When you monitor things, you’ll realize that Ghanaians are still going about their normal duties like partying, mass gatherings, etc as if there’s nothing at stake in this global COVID-19 pandemic.

A photo circulating online unveils how the Police Service in Côte d’Ivoire are out everywhere ensuring that the social distancing policy as a precautionary measure is duly followed.

On 11 March, Ivory Coast recorded its first case of COVID-19. It was an Ivory Coast national who had recently been to Italy. As of now, they have 14 cases.
