COVID-19: US records worst ravage in 24 hours, death toll rises
The recent canker the world is battling now which has dwindled financial muscles and instituted compulsory social distancing on a global scale is Coronavirus.
The deadly Coronavirus pandemic has claimed more than 100 lives in the past 24 hours in the United States.
No fewer than 389 deaths were recorded as of Sunday, according to a tally from Johns Hopkins University.
The states of New York (114 deaths), Washington (94 deaths) and California (28 deaths) have been the hardest hit by far. The virus has infected at least 30,000 people nationwide but with lesser death toll as compared to that of China or Italy.
President Donald Trump has been claiming that the USA is on top of the outbreak containment, but, journalists keep questioning and doubting the said claim.
