Disregard Fake Assembly Elections Results From Bono Region – Abronye DC
According to him the results circulating on social media is a scam and a sham and hence should be disregarded and ignored.

Yesterday on the 17th December 2019, The Republic of Ghana embarked on nationwide district assembly elections to elect leaders at our local levels in other to enhance the decentralization process.
Bono region was not excluded from the exercise.
However, after the elections I have sighted on social media series of fabricated and self manufactured results purporting to depict the electoral results from the Bono Region insinuating among other things that, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) on the average won the assembly elections in the mentioned region.
This assertion is wholly false, a scam and a sham and therefore must be disregarded in its entirety.
SETTING THE RECORDS STRAIGHT
1. The NPP fraternity of the Bono region indeed submitted candidates for the assembly election in all 12 constituencies of the Bono region.
I would like to state clearly that, 70% of all the candidates we presented won the elections massively which is encouraging for the party.
2. A clear indication of our victory is the Banda constituency.
Banda constituency as at today is the only parliamentary seat occupied by the NDC in the Bono Region.
Previously, NPP candidates won only 2 electoral areas which made it it difficult for us to campaign there during general elections.
But, this year the NPP won 7 electoral areas. This shows a magnificent increase and a clear sign that, The NDC will lose that seat.
3. Also at the Tain constituency, NPP managed to secure 22 electoral areas whereas NDC secured 14.
4. In the previous years, it is of no doubt that, NDC after the assembly elections dominated constituencies such as Berekum East, Dormaa West, Jaman North.
I would like to ask the NDC that, whether they were able to win those seats in the general elections?
5. In summary, NPP won 183 electoral areas out of a total of 316 electoral areas in the Bono Region.
I would like to state emphatically that, all results circulating on social media purporting NPP to lose the assembly elections in the BONO region is a scam and a sham and hence should be in its entirety be disregarded and ignored.
For the avoidance of doubt, I entreat all stakeholders to get the original results as declared by the electoral commission to aid in proper analysis.
At this point, it can clearly be deduced that, the NDC is still suffering from their comfortable lead syndrome and has not learnt any sense from their onaapo defeat in 2016.
NDC should continue tickling themselves and be laughing.
NDC’s behavior and tactics is what was employed by one of the famous Candidates at Nima Adukrom in the Ashanti Region (Hon Anokye) who has had the shock of his life.
Since NDC is deficient of a running mate, I am sure John Mahama is conferring Hon Aponkye for his running mate.
Finally, I will like to reiterate that, the Bono region is a no go area for the NDC and that NPP will not run a social media campaign.
We have been on the ground and will still be on the grounds.
NDC will be forced to pack out of the region after the declaration of the 2020 election results.
