DKB, OB Amponsah gang together to “mock” government’s cedi depreciation committee.

The rate at which the cedi is running helter skelter has necessitated the need for a committee to be set by the sitting government in their bid to rearrest the cedi as it was purportedly done sometime ago.

There has been mixed feelings after the above initiative was announced by the New Patriotic Party led government. This is as a result of what people term as a further waste of the already scarce resources since the committee members would be paid sitting allowances for remedies that may not far from even a class 1 pupil.

Various TV and radio stations have mounted platforms to have an intellectual intercourse as to whether the establishment of the said committee is relevant or otherwise.

Whilst the hullabaloo of this pending issue is ongoing, comedians DKB and OB Amponsah have been sighted in a photo by one beautiful lady with a very humorous caption.

The caption indicated that the cedi depreciation investigators were in town and needed ideas.

DKB in another photo posted the worrying issue of allowances that would be wasted on these committee members and further suggested a WhatsApp group to be formed for them instead.

Even though this would have been a harmless comedy post elsewhere, Ghanaians are yet to judge it based on their understanding of the content herein.
