Asamoah Gyan, captain of the Black Stars has described, Ghanaians as people who rather prefers to celebrate those who are dead than the living ones.
The sudden change of Ghanaians who are now praising and celebrating the late Ebony Reigns triggered Asamoah Gyan jabbed them for their hypocrisies.
According to him, the same Ghanaians who criticized and called Ebony withall kinds of names have immediately made a u-turn by fallen in love withher now after sheis dead.He said;
“Although we are not in Ghana, we are Ghanaians and sometimes we hear what is going on. Now theperson is gone. Go and talk abouther state of dressing. “Now that the person is gone they are playing her song everywhere.
“Are we trying to say we celebrate the dead more than the living? “We have to change. We have to change our mentality. We were all born in Africa.
We all know the African culture but thingsare getting worse.“We don’t know people and we just judge them. Idon’t know what people see. Sometimes they see the person and they just judge them.
”He however, charged Ghanaians to stop the hypocrisy andcelebrate their heroes while alive.
