Gossips’ Take: Are AY Poyoo & Sister Derby The New Secret Lovers In Town?

AY Poyoo whose real name is Emmanuel Yeboah is indeed the most watched and loved artiste of the moment. This is because he had garnered 1 million views within a month whilst mainstream artistes are struggling to get same views over two years and over. Whilst there is no need to mention some of the mainstream artistes who struggle for views on YouTube such as Cabum, Yaa Pono, Teephlow and others, there is still a valid point here to authenticate my insinuation.

AY Poyoo as a Ghanaian rapper is best known for his viral song Goat video which was released on 08 June 2020. During AY Poyoo’s virtual concert last week, celebrities like Akhan of Ruff & Smooth fame, comedian OB Amponsah, Sister Derby (SD), Wanluv De Kubolor (SD’s bro), Yaw Lucas and others represented fully. But, one thing that caught the attention of many was how 36-year-old Deborah Vanessah aka African Mermaid or Sister Derby was all over the 20-year-old ‘boy-man’ AY Poyoo!

Well, even though this is none of my fuckíng business and no illegality is underway here if the duo (AY Poyoo & Sister Derby) are romantically involved, it is just right for me to start speculating before reality sets in. This is because Sister Derby is noted for dating men younger than her like her fling with AMG’s Samuel Adu Frimpong aka Medikal some years ago.

Could AY Poyoo and Sister Derby be secret lovers or I’m just being nosy here?
