I Can’t Rest Per Doctor’s Advice Because I’m A Workaholic – Australian High Commissioner
The Australian High Commissioner to Ghana, His Excellency Gregory Andrews, has become a very popular dignitary in the country because of how informed he is about the ins and outs of the country.

Even though he has been asked to quarantine himself, he seems to be feeling lonely because of how hardworking he is. As part of preparing for his usual crop and animal farming routines with his vicinity in the country, he has shared the new heads up with his team.
He noted;
***OK I know I’m supposed to be resting under doctors’ orders. But I had to join in today for the installation of our High Commission’s chicken coop. Thanks to Mckingtorch Makafui Awuku the hutches are made using recycled Kuffor Gallons. He helped us turn plastic pollution into something productive. And Emmanuel from Greater Accra Poultry Farmers Association supplied us with ten chickens, ten guinea fowls, and five turkeys! He is also advising us on their care.
The coop is part of a community vegetable garden and sustainability approach we are establishing. In Australia, local produce and ‘paddock-to-plate’ food are increasingly popular. I will serve organic homegrown produce to visitors. And our staff will share the crops and eggs. While the turkeys won’t be ready for Christmas, but they will be by Easter! The chickens and guinea fowls are strictly for eggs. But it will be hard to give them names because they all look the same!*
His Excellency Gregory Andrews has become a household name because of his fame on social media.
