John Dumelo pounds fufu, offloads charcoal bags for votes.

Politicians always have so many ways of tricking the poor electorate.  They can do anything within the year of the elections for votes, only to abandon the very people who voted them into power for 4 years after giving them the nod.

The celebrated movie actor who turned  politician in 2016, John Dumelo has  started his campaign.  He is contesting for the Ayawaso West Wougon constituency parliamentary seat.

A constituency which is described as the most elite in Ghana, one would have expected that the candidates would engage in contest of policies and issues, but unfortunately a lot of drama is happening there.

The constituency has the top universities in Ghana, The University of Ghana – Legon and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, GIMPA there.

It appears John Dumelo is applying his profession,  acting to politics. Political watchers including his own opponent have questioned his style of politics saying, he fancies doing things for trend and not for votes.

He went to the University of Ghana campus to visit  ladies in their hostels and braided their hairs, took pictures and shared them for likes.

He has, in a recent photo sighted by Ghanashowbiz.com seen pounding fufu for a constituent, helping people to offload charcoal bags from truck and assisting some constituents to cook kenkey.
