MTN Ghana apologises to its customers for the recent disruption in data connectivity nationwide.

MTN subscribers in Ghana are really mad for the useless connectivity that the big network provider is offering its consumers.

After a lot of backlash from the Ghanaian populace, MTN Ghana has humbly apologized to its many customers for the recent disruption in data connectivity nationwide.

MTN has said that the challenges do not persist in Ghana alone but go beyond Ghana, and, to “many other areas in West Africa”.

The situation is affecting all the numerous operators and customers in the West Africa region. This as alleged is due to tear and break on the West Africa Cable System.

Some few hours ago, MTN sent a message to all its supposed valued customers. See a sample of the message below;

“Y’ello MTN sincerely apologizes for the disruption you are experiencing with our data services and international outbound calls. This is as a result of a double undersea fibre optic cable cut in Europe and our engineers are working to resolve the challenges. We regret the inconvenience caused. Thank you”.
