NDC’s petition for review unanimously dismissed

John Mahama’s lawyers have suffered another humiliating defeat at the supreme court today after they filed for a review of a ruling of their petition to serve an interrogatory on the 1st Respondent (EC).

The lawyers filed a review of the first ruling of the court which was given by 7 justices of the supreme court sitting on the election petition.

As per the rules of review, two additional justices were added to sit on the review and it was unanimously dismissed.
