One Direction get emotional after seeing children in hospital in Ghana

One Direction witnessed some confronting sights in Ghana, and one moment even brought Zayn to tears.

Niall, Zayn and Louis were taken to a hospital in Accra, Ghana as part of their involvement with Red Nose Day.

They were shocked by how many sick babies were fighting for their lives, many of whom would not have gotten sick if they had been vaccinated.

“That was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do,” Louis said.

Zayn broke down in tears after being confronted by so many children in need.

“It’s so hard. I never experienced anything like this in my life.

“The babies aren’t even a year old.”
