Popular Opinion: Ghanaians Fear Curses Than God



The belief that there is a Supreme Being called God who oversees the affairs of man from a very distant and spiritual point of view seems to be dominating the Christendom and its teachings.

For devoted Christians, God has the final say in whatever they say or do. The most important issue here is for man to “invite” God via prayers or meditations into whatever they have going on for them.

Well, as a result of the recent happenings on earth now, many have agreed to put God aside for a while when they are cheated upon. Instead of “leaving it to God” like our parents used to do, most young folks are now sending it to various shrines. The belief now is that people fear smaller gods and curses than the wrath of almighty God.

 

This is because some believe that God takes too long before addressing issues whilst with just Gh¢2.00 of eggs and local gin, one could find a lasting situation from the gods.
