Security Personnel & Youths Of Assin Praso Clash in Assin North…

Report reaching Ghanashowbiz.com indicates that there has been a chaotic encounter between the Police Personnel and the youths of Assin North Constituency, with one reported death.

It was gathered that some of the youths having taken shelter under the bridge near by the River Pra, were reportedly engaging in cyber fraud, drug peddling and other illegalities, and so the police upon a tipoff rushed there to ensure sanity !

Upon reaching there, the youth took to their heels by swimming in the River Pra, but luck eluded one Anthony when a fisherman’s nearby fishing net trapped him into his death.

Following this incident, the youths from all the constituency gathered extra force with deadly weapons such as broken bottles, machetes, short arms and so forth and attacked the police personnel with one military officer, in the evening.

Several security personnel were reportedly injured whilst some youths also sustained some severe bruises.

Just this morning, calm has been restored according to our close sources there.
