SIX POTENTIAL FUTURE PRESIDENTS OF GHANA
We are doing the Top six youth who have the chance of becoming the first gentlemen of the Land.
- Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
He is the Vice president of Ghana and an internationally acclaimed Economist. He is one of the few guys who took over the political space by surprise. Prior to his political prominence,he was a deputy Governor of Bank of Ghana and a political novice. Per our political calculations, the New Patriotic Party may want to do away with the “anti-Northern tag” by electing him as their first “Northerner flag bearer”. If he keeps staying relevant and charting National political agenda, it is of no doubt he could rise to the first gentleman of Ghana.
2 HON. HARUNA IDDRISU
He is the current Minority Leader and the Member of Parliament for Tamale South Constituency. He commands respect and admiration from from both sides of the political divide. His proximity to his constituents and political tactfulness makes him have a free ride during Evey election. He is a Lawyer by profession.
3 HON. KOJO OPPONG NKRUMAH.
He is the Minister for Information and the Member of Parliament for Ofoase Ayirebi constituency. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah is an Economist, Lawyer and a communication avatar. He inspires the youth in the country. Kojo can rise to the level of the first Gentleman of the land if he keeps staying politically relevant.
4 HON. SAMUEL OKUDZETO ABLAKWA
He is the Member of Parliament for North Tongu Constituency. He won his party’s primaries with over 90%. He was appointed as Deputy Minister for Information at the age of 28 by Prof. John Evans Atta Mills in 2009. Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa’s political maturity looks very quick and has become one of the faces of the youth in poilitcs causing change. He paid the salary of all private school teachers in his Constituency for the month of May.
5 SAMMI AWUKU
He is the National Organizer of the New Patriotic Party. One of the youngest to hold that strategic position. He won the admiration of many as the National Youth Organizer of his party. Awuku played key role in the 2016 campaign. He mobilized the youth of the party for various field works that led to the resounding victory of his party. He’s affectionately called Capo and commander. If he keeps his eyes on the ball he can ascend to the presidency effortlessly.
6 SAMMY GYAMFI
He is the National Communications Officer of NDC and the youngest National Executive member of the party. He is admired by the members of his political party for his aggressive Communication style. He is becoming one of the most popular Young politicians in GHANA. If he plays his cards well and try to get some admiration from people outside his party he would become a presidential material.
