What Do You Suggest Now; Total (Full) Lockdown or Partial (Half) Lockdown?

One of the most debated issues in the country now is whether the President’s next address to the nation should go for a total lockdown or to maintain the partial lockdown. And also, whether to make it a very strict one or to go by the flexible one we have now.

At the moment, Ghana has recorded 636 cases (10 regions out of the 16 have recorded these cases) with 8 deaths and the various videos going around with how people are disregarding social distancing in sharing of food and so forth, people are confused as to what might happen next.

If you were to be the President’s Personal Advisor, what would you ask him to do? To sanction a total lockdown of all the regions or to continue with the partial lockdown?
