A Senior Journalist Robbed
A senior journalist with Ghana Broadcasting Cooperation, GBC, and GTV, Abdul Hayi Moomen has been robbed of his some of his valuable journalistic materials. He last reported to the police that some young men have threatened to deal with him; the said threats cannot however be linked with the incident that has just happened.
“He stole my video camera, secret video recorder, lapel microphones, 2 flood lights and a tripod.” he reported on his Facebook page.
Following the report, his fans read political meanings into it and he came back to clarify. He said what happened to him has nothing to with politics but pure robbery.
“It’s a thief. Simple and straight. Please do not drag me into needless politics. Please” he said.
