Barima Sidney to launch Album

The event is by snurndie entertainment to be held on the first of November 2015. its entitled “old skul hip life jams with Barima Sidney”. Its strictly for old skul tracks and shadda that is dressing. it will feature hot DJ’s from Acrra with special appearances from Omanhene Pozo, Adjoa Smart,King Sharon and Secure. Will be held at Life spot: Akwatia Main gate at 7pm till day break.

The renowned artiste who is one of the veteran of hip life music in Ghana: Barima Sidney . He is a popular musician who is very dynamic and is creative in his music career. For sometime now he has been into political and controversial music. he is a critique of the government and supporter with his own discretion. Not only in Ghana but he extends his political services to other countries as it is mainly commercial.

Barima Sidney since 2004 has been the composer of Congress for Democratic Change (CDC). Later this year ,Liberian founder and presidential candidate for the CDC party.Mr.George Oppong Weah in partnership project with the United Nations assigned Ghanaian musician ,Barima Sidney to spear head  a massive campaign on Ebola.The campaign theme song dubbed: ‘Ebola; Africa must stand and fight together’ was recorded under the cover of Lionel Peterson’s ‘Peace’ song.The song was played on BBC World Service for about 5 minutes aimed at creating an all-embracing awareness on the outbreak of the deadly virus, Ebola hemorrhagic fever (EHF), which has taken a severe turn of its outbreak in Liberia.this and many other projects he has been involved with but not any active work on his personal music.
