Breaking: NDC Sues EC Again

The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has sued the electoral commission again.

The fresh suit is seeking to interlocutorilly injunct the Electoral Commission from registering the Senior high school students.

The Electoral Commission yesterday held an IPAC meeting and agreed to register the senior high school students who have returned to their campuses to sit for there exit exams.

The opposition National Democratic Congress argues that the shs campuses are not gazzeted polling stations and hence any Registration that goes on there will be null and void.

The court will sit on the case on Monday two days after the EC has finished with the registration.
