Check The Mouthwatering Budget Needed By EC For Election 2020 That Made Kwame A Plus Cry
The Madam Jean Mensa led Electoral Commission (EC) has finally met the Special Budget Committee of Parliament to present the needed money (Election Budget) for a successful election this year.

The major activities for the EC in 2020 relate to the conduct of the General Elections (Presidential and Parliamentary Elections),
The General Elections will be preceded by a number of programmes. These include:
The procurement of modernized Biometric Voter Management Solution
The Procurement of Registration and Exhibition materials
The Replacement of the Voters Register
The Exhibition of the Voters’ Register
Nomination of Candidates
Conduct of the Presidential and Parliamentary Elections
Gazzeting of the election results
An amount of One Billion, Three Hundred and Thirty Four Million, Two Hundred and Fifty Seven Thousand, Five Hundred and Sixty Eight Ghana cedis (GHC1,334.257.568) is
required to enable the EC to implement these activities.”
