COVID-19: Expect more cases – Dr. Okoe Boye
Board Chairman of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital and Member of Parliament (MP) for Ledzokuku, Dr. Bernard Oko Boye has said Ghana’s current case count of 136 of COVID 19 could increase only five times as much should government employ its best effort.
Speaking with Kwami Sefa Kayi on Peace FM Friday morning, the Public Health expert said, it would only be by the grace of God that the country would record such low numbers in the face of growing incidence across the world, even in countries with the best and sought-after health systems.
He says Ghana has so far done a good job with efforts at containing the spread of the virus and urged that the numbers trickling in must not cause any panic for anyone.
