COVID-19: Kojo Oppong Nkrumah addresses the nation this morning
The Minister for Information and the MP for the Ofoase Ayirebi Constituency, Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah would be addressing the nation on current updates of coronavirus in Ghana.
Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has been leading Government’s communications during this crises management.
In a media release sighted by Ghanashowbiz.com, the Hon Minister would be briefing the nation on three main points:
1.Heightened enforcement of the stay home order
2. Providing for the homeless and the vulnerable
3. Launch of the COVID-19 information contact center.
It could be recalled that about 76 homeless kayayies were asked to return back to Accra in their attempt to run to their home north before the lockdown order could take place.
These people have since been stranded in Accra.
