The Vice president, Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has registered for the new Voter’s ID card in his home Constituency today.
This noon, I exercised my constitutional right to vote by registering for the national voter identity (I.D) card at the Kperiga D/A Primary School polling station in Walewale.
The process was very smooth and safe. The social distancing and other Covid-19 safety protocols put in place by the Electoral Commission at the polling station were also very encouraging.
We are in challenging times because of Covid-19, but I encourage you, patriotic citizens of mother Ghana, to take part in the registration exercise.
As we step out to register, let us continue to adhere strictly to all safety measures, including wearing our face masks and observing social distancing.
