Education: UK based Gospel ministry pledge to build Charity Schools in poor communities in Ghana
Power Centre Church in collaboration with Wood World Mission Charity which has it branches around the world including, Mitcham London (HQ-UK), High Wycombe (UK), Manchester (UK), Malawi, Zambia, , Tanzania and South Africa has pledged to built Charity Schools in poor communities in Ghana
Wood World Missions Charity Schools which has already started in Ghana at Akosombo Combine, Mataheko and Asokore Koforidua is aimed at Helping meet the needs of humanity worldwide and also Help educate and train children for greater future
Talking to the Press in One on One interview, the founders of the Mission, Bishop Dr William Wood and Bishop Dr. Mercy Wood expressed their worries about the education system in Ghana and it accessibility, logistics and cost
“We are in Ghana to help the less privileged children to also have the taste of both formal and informal education to help them build brighter future for themselves” Bishop Dr. Mercy Wood lamented
“We are aiming most at the rural communities so they can also have quality education as it is done in the Urban areas” she added
