(FACT):Rwanda, The Most Proactive African Country In COVID-19 Fight!

The world is currently on infection and deadly rampage as a result of an outbreak caused by Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) – first identified in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China.

The disease has spread worldwide but the focus of this write-up is to highlight the recorded African cases.

Coronavirus: Here are the confirmed cases in Africa as of 12/03/2020:

Burkina Faso — 2

Cameroon — 2

Democratic Republic of Congo –1

Egypt — 59 (includes 1 death)

Morocco — 3 (includes 1 death)

Ghana — 2

From the above stats, it could be seen that Rwanda has not recorded any Coronavirus case yet but their preparedness and actions in the country have marvelled lots of observers.

Their rapid response at their airports and borders, adequate taps and washing soaps at all train and bus stations and so forth are some of the reasons why social media users have started praising the best African President at the moment – His Excellency Paul Kagame for his proactiveness towards the fight against Coronavirus.
