I can’t feed any coronavirus patient for their recklessness – President of Uganda

Since many countries have started enforcing laws of mandatory quarantine for ll persons who come in their countries from other countries battling with coronavirus, it was thought that the governments would be the one bearing the cost.

In other countries it may be true, but for Rwanda if you mistakenly arrive there in this time you are on your own.

you would be given two options: either you get quarantined and foot all the bills o you get returned and foot all the bills no matter your citizenship.
