Versatile Kumawood actress, TV/ radio personality and socialite Nana Ama McBrown says she was used to driving from Ghana to Ivory Coast with her mum to sell second-hand clothes.

This is the second time the screen goddess is making this revelation as the first was on Emelia Brobbey’s Okukuseku Show. The mother of 1 has made this revelation again but this time around with further explanations.

Speaking in an interview on Accra-based Kingdom Plus 101.9 FM, Nana Ama Mcbrown explained she has been through a lot and nothing good comes easy.

The Kumawood megastar swiftly rose to prominence for her role in the television series Tentacles. Later, she found mainstream success following her role in the Twi language movie called Asoreba and she has more than 100 movies to her credit. She is normally eulogized anytime she accepts a script to be in the same movie with Kumawood greats like Agya Koo, Akrobeto, Mercy Aseidu and Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin.
